I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is really beautiful with lovely gardens and views of the colored hills, the rooms were just adequate for the price and lacked air conditioning. The staff was friendly but a bit reserved, which made the service feel less personal. The dining options were poor and didn't meet my expectations, especially for breakfast. Overall, it has potential but definitely needs some improvements to make it a great stay.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and had a super king-sized bed along with two spare single beds, a separate bathroom with a shower and bath, but honestly, for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of standard and amenities like air conditioning.
Service
5.0
While the staff were friendly, they felt somewhat formal and less engaged compared to other places I've stayed in Argentina. It seemed like they were operating with some absentee oversight.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, set up the hill with beautiful gardens and views, just a 5-10 minute walk to the village. It felt private and was dotted with lovely cacti, making it a truly attractive spot.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was quite disappointing, really. The breakfast was plentiful but overall of a relatively low standard with limited hot options. Hot dogs were not what I expected for breakfast.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were rather basic and could use some upgrades to enhance overall comfort and enjoyment, especially given the price point.

This hotel is a lovely mid-range option with comfortable rooms and beautiful surroundings. The gardens are well-planned, offering a peaceful escape just a short walk from town. While there were some flies in the room that could be annoying, they weren't too hard to manage. The service was decent, although I did face a locked issue that wasn't repaired during my stay. Overall, it's a nice place for the price, but expect a few minor inconveniences.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms had parquet flooring and nice bathrooms with plush furniture, pottery, and artwork, creating a comfortable atmosphere. However, there were some flies flying around which I managed to remove most of them.
Service
6.0
The service was friendly, but one issue during my stay was that an area was locked and couldn't be accessed, which was a bit frustrating.
Location

The hotel is set in a beautiful location surrounded by multicolored rock formations and well-planned gardens, all while being just a short walk from the town square. It's a great spot for those looking to be away from the hustle and bustle yet still have easy access to amenities.
Dining

Breakfast offered a good selection of items, including cakes, pastries, fresh fruit, and various drinks, which was quite filling and among the best I've seen in Argentina.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had beautiful outdoor spaces and an appealing swimming pool, contributing to a relaxing stay.

7.4/10

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is situated in a beautiful, scenic location just a short walk from the town. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable stay. However, the service could use some improvement since certain amenities were unavailable during my visit. Overall, it offers good value for a mid-range accommodation, but a few aspects fell short of expectations.

Location

The hotel's location is excellent, set against a stunning backdrop and only a 10-minute walk from town, surrounded by pretty gardens and impressive rock formations.
Dining

Dining was fairly standard with a limited variety, but the homemade produce provided some enjoyable options. It was better than many other places I encountered in Argentina.

The facilities overall were nice, including appealing gardens and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. However, they could use some more extensive amenities.

The hotel is a lovely place to stay, located just outside the town with beautiful views and lovely gardens. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, which was a plus. However, I found the lack of air conditioning a bit uncomfortable, and there were some flies bothering me during my stay. The breakfast looked exceptional, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

The service felt very limited, and it was clear that the staff could use better training since they struggled to address some issues, like a locked door that remained unchanged during my visit.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location was fantastic, nestled in beautiful gardens and just a short walk from downtown Purmamarca. On the downside, the service felt a bit formal, and the dining options, while pleasant, could have had a bit more variety. Overall, it offered great value for money, but there were a few areas that could be improved.

The rooms were large and comfortable with a super king-sized bed and two additional single beds, perfect for our group of five. However, the lack of air conditioning and sparse decor were not ideal.
